Have stayed here many times and would book here again. Everything was amazing, yet we stayed for 4 nights only. We asked for suite and it was new-fashioned. The staff was AMICABLE, helpful, nothing to complain about.

The location is perfect with easy access to transportation and many cafes and restaurants in the area of Piazza del Popolo. The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk from major tourist sights in the Piazza. There are plenty of restaurants, including one next door. the hotel is in the area of Piazza del Popolo, which is quiet at night and perfect for a good night's sleep. the rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the bathrooms are spotless. the breakfast is satisfactory. the staff is helpful and friendly. the mini bar and upgraded rooms to suites are nice touches.
The entrance of the building could use some more attention, as it is not always clean.

The room design was clean and modern with mood lighting that could be changed to your preference. The bed was comfortable and the room was kept exceptionally clean by the friendly staff. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub for 2 people and the mini fridge that was restocked daily. Another advantage was the romantic package which included a bottle of wine, fresh fruit, chocolates, rose petals, a message on the mirror, and a song of our choice played on arrival. The hotel was located in a vibrant area with plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance and easy access to public transport.
There was no elevator in the building and we had to climb a lot of stairs to our room. This could be a challenge for individuals with physical weaknesses or heavy luggage. Also, although the hotel provided an iPad in every room, the Wi-Fi in our room didn't work properly and we had to use it near the front desk. Despite these minor inconveniences, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and modern room in a vibrant location.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel and I must say, it was quite a luxurious experience. The hotel is located in a bustling area with little cafes across the street and a restaurant next door. It was so convenient to have these options for food and drinks just steps away from the hotel. And let me tell you, the location couldn't be more perfect. It was within walking distance to all the major tourist sights. I was able to easily explore the area of Piazza del Popolo and visit attractions like the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. The service was top-notch, with housekeeping taking great care of the rooms and providing all the necessary amenities. The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I even had the pleasure of enjoying a welcome drink upon arrival. The hotel also had a lovely terrace with garden furniture where I could relax and soak in the atmosphere.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Spent New Year's at this hotel and the location is unbeatable! Close to many great restaurants and key landmarks too. The hot tub was a plus and the exceptional staff made our stay even more enjoyable. The beds were very comfortable, which made our trip so relaxing.
The breakfast room was quite small and overcrowded, which made it difficult to have breakfast comfortably. , there were not many options to choose from, but we were able to manage with what was available.
